We love our pool but for me it was the no drama process of building it that I loved the most. A key ingredient to building anything is good communication; the guys always answered their phones, Chrissy in the office always answered my emails, they discussed options with me and if they said they were going to turn up onsite, they would. After lots of quotes and lots of research into the right pool for us, I can now happily recommend QFP for a top job at the right price. Bring on Summer! Good morning Chris,
Just a quick to note to advise that we received your letter in the mail regarding the SPASA Customer Survey Form and the upcoming SPASA awards for 2011. We completed the Customer Survey Form when it was received back in December and sent it on, so I trust it was received by SPASA.
We would also like to take this opportunity to advise how happy we are with our new pool. Not only the pool itself and the end result (which is the most important thing), but also the entire process of dealing with Queensland Family Pools. We chose QFP based on a referral from our old neighbours and other friends who had pools installed by QFP, and we can see why people are so quick to recommend you and your company. The entire process was very easy and hassle free, helped by the fact that Dave was in charge and managing the job. Our phone calls were always returned and in fact Dave quite often phoned just to give an update of where things were at.
In an industry where you rely on external contractors (like the excavator operators, tilers, pool lining, etc) it is often a risk for your company that these contractors may not "do the right thing". But I am please to say that every contractor that come to our house was extremely professional and courteous and I can see why you continue to engage these people. They make for excellent representatives for your company.
In the end, we are extremely pleased with how our pool turned out. It is exactly what we envisaged and it completes our backyard perfectly. You can rest assured that we are are more than happy to recommend QFP to anyone who is considering installing a pool.
